Simon Pollard is the Chief Executive Officer for Birch Narrows Dene Developments Inc. (BNDDI), he is an accomplished senior leader with a background in the construction industry, having diversified expertise in operations and senior management. With a focus on the Western Canadian market, Simon has excelled in strategic planning and business development across industrial, commercial, and municipal sectors. One of Simon’s standout qualities is his ability to cultivate meaningful relationships and deliver value-added services that precisely meet client and partner. Through this client-centric approach, he has established a reputation for exceptional results. His passion for building high-performing teams is evident, nurturing talent and fostering collaboration within growing organizations. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, Simon is poised to contribute significantly to BNDDI as we embark on a mission of growth towards full participation in large-scale projects through mutually beneficial partnerships both with industry and other local indigenous communities.

As out-going CEO, AJ remains involved in a consulting capacity, providing support to the management team with valuation and due diligence analysis. A Chartered Accountant with experience as a President, C.E.O., and CFO, AJ provides a unique blend of skill sets that combine a high level of financial expertise with proven abilities in directing all aspects of a business; including sales, operations, information technology, human resources and administration. He has extensive management experience in corporate restructuring, strategic planning, governance, acquisitions, divestitures and mergers, business plans and accessing capital. AJ has worked with many First Nation communities throughout Saskatchewan to support their economic and business development initiatives.
